New on Etsy - Stem stitched
Listed in my Etsy shop this morning - this cushion cover onto which I stitched a very Orla-esque stem design using my sewing machine.
Yesterday (another public holiday) I liberated myself from all my "have to" things by making a long list of all the things I have to do, then promptly sitting down at my sewing machine and doing things not on the list at all!
Of course, I woke up in the night in a sweat, dreaming about all the things on the list, but what the heck - I've got curtains in the study at last.

Ooh. Simple and lovely.
I love that colour, Li Edelkoort had a huge section in her trend report on greys and their origins...It was fantastic and this grey is perfect for me.
